100 & 200hr Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist Teacher Training

The Experience

Expand your capacity for health and powerful living in Brad Hay's cutting edge 200hr, 4 week Teacher Training or 100hr Immersion.   Dive deep into learning and living the ancient systems of  Ayurveda, Yoga, and Tantra from an authentic and traditional foundation.  Ignite a new career in helping others to thrive in life.  Most 200hr Yoga trainings merely mention Ayurveda. Traditionally Ayurveda was taught to students before the teacher/guru would give them any Hatha Yoga techniques. In this skillfully crafted training you will become much more steeped in the practices & principles of Ayurveda as an integral sister science to the powerful systems of Yoga and Tantra. This training is also highly recommended and welcomes those who have already completed a 200hr training and want to deepen their practice and knowledge of these traditional Yogic Arts.
Brad Hay, creator and leading teacher of Prana Vidya’s 200hr program has carefully chosen the most skilled, experienced and respected teachers to teach their specialty knowledge to you in this comprehensive and fun training.  “We closely mentor students towards having a deep understanding of these powerful systems to ultimately embody the ancient teachings and to be more of the person they are meant to be in this world!”
On completion of this training you will have a strong foundation and tools to become an effective and authentic Ayurvedic Yoga Teacher if you choose to do so. More importantly you will learn to live life more skillfully and harmoniously in whatever you chose to do! You will also be certified to register with Yoga Alliance as a 200 RYT as we are a registered Yoga Alliance School RYS 200. If you chose the 100hr program you can use it toward CEU's.
