We suggest that you try and focus the majority of your time on “Yoga for your Type” as this content is ALWAYS good to hear again and again and again AND it will give you the basic understanding and vocabulary for so much of our foundation. 


Another recommendation is to begin preparing for the physical aspects of this training.  You will be practicing Yoga Asana (and lots of Pranayama) 5 days per week which can be quite a physical adjustment if that is not a current part of your life. We suggest that you begin to have a very regular yoga practice for at least a month to 3 weeks before the training begins. 


All students will receive a printable PDF copy of the 200hr Embodied Wisdom manual.  Students are asked to please have the manual printed out for your use during the training beginning from day 1.  We will have the manual emailed to students at least 5 days prior to the start date of the training in time for you to print out.
