All content will be available for 6 months from the start date of the training.

Daily morning sadhana practice sessions - working with the Sun qualities with a more active, fluid and dynamic style of practice followed by Pranayama and meditation.

Asana Lab/ teaching Practicum OR Evening Sadhana Practice – working with the moon qualities with a slower, grounded and more introspective style of practice followed by pranayama and meditation.
