200hr Daily Schedule Guide

Daily training schedule (Times may shift slightly)

AEST - Australian Eastern Standard Time (Sydney Time Zone)

Designed to be attended Live Online, however with our international students the recordings will be available soon after the live date.

​

All content will be available for 6 months from the start date of the training.

​

We are doing the training over 4 weeks instead of 5 this year so each day is going to be longer.  

 

Example Daily Schedule

7:00-9:00 am  Daily morning sadhana/practice sessions including asana, pranayama, meditation and mantra..  These practices will be a combination of Live and pre-recorded classes and the only pre-recorded sessions of the training. 

 

9:00 - 9:30 Breakfast Break 

 

9:30 – 12:30 am   Lectures & Discussions on Yoga Philosophy & Psychology, Ayurvedic principles & Practices,  

Yoga anatomy/ Energetics/Teaching Practicum 

  

12:30 - 1:30 pm  Lunch Break 

 

1:30pm - 5:00 pm   A combination of lectures & discussions on daily content, practice teaching and exercises, afternoon practices including restorative and Yoga Nidra.
