Extensions Policy 2021/2022
While we understand unavoidable things come up in life and try to help out as much as we can, as of 2021 we will be charging a $150 fee per week for any extensions required for the 50hour online courses, with a maximum of 4 weeks extension all up.
These courses are serious, certified intensives and must be treated as such. We currently allow 8 weeks to complete the 5-day courses, and it is up to the student to manage their time effectively in order to meet the deadlines. The quizzes/homework assignments are to be handed in within this time frame, if you wish to receive your certification.

In order to obtain an extension, you will need to email us with your request and let us know the amount of weeks you would like to extend for (Please note, we only do extensions by weeks not by days). Once the fee is paid we will update your course for you.
Cancellation/refund policies for 50hr online modules
Live Online or in person Modules:
Any cancellations done 31 days or more prior to event start:
A $150 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. The balance (total cost minus the deposit) is not refundable, but it is transferable to future live, livestream and online trainings/events.

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Pre Recorded Modules / Sale Modules:
There are no refunds or transfers on Pre-Recorded Modules or Sale Modules
