OVERVIEW
The 650-hour Ayurvedic Health Counsellor Training with Brad & Mia Hay is a comprehensive, lived education in Ayurveda, designed for those who want to genuinely understand the science of life and integrate it into daily living, personally and professionally. The course is certified through the IICT (International Institute for Complementary Therapists)

This is a deep, integrated and embodied training, taught live over one year, where Ayurveda becomes something you live, not just something you learn. It is not a fast-tracked certification or a purely academic study. The intention is to bring the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda into practical, grounded, embodied use, supporting greater vitality, clarity, and self-trust at every stage of life.

Whether your intention is to support others professionally or to deepen your own lived relationship with Ayurveda, this training is open to all. There are no prerequisites, we begin at the foundations and build carefully, clearly, and progressively through all modules..

ABOUT YOUR TEACHERS

BRAD HAY
The training is led by Brad Hay, who has been teaching and offering trainings in the integration of Ayurveda and Traditional Tantric Yoga for over 25 years.
Brad is known for presenting classical wisdom in a grounded, human, and relational way, making these systems accessible, practical, and deeply relevant to modern life. His teaching emphasises lived understanding, embodiment, and integration, supporting students to apply Ayurveda meaningfully in their own lives and, where appropriate, in professional contexts.
MIA HAY
Mia Hay will be co-teaching selected modules throughout the training.

Mia is a registered nurse with a bachelors in nutrition, yoga, and integrative health, bringing a practical, clinically informed perspective to lifestyle medicine, wellbeing, and daily application. Her contribution supports the bridge between traditional Ayurvedic principles and contemporary health understanding, particularly in areas of lifestyle change, nervous-system support, and real-world integration.

Ayurvedic Health Counsellor
Two Level Training Pathway
(650hrs Total)​​
Level 1 - 320hr Ayurvedic Health Educator is a foundational program designed to deeply understand the principles of Ayurveda and confidently apply them in your own life, within your family, and in educational settings such as yoga teacher trainings or your existing health or wellness profession. It is not a practitioner qualification, but a comprehensive immersion in classical Ayurvedic theory and practical integration.

Level 1 & 2 - 650hr Ayurvedic Health Counsellor is for those who wish to train as professional Ayurvedic Health Counsellors and work directly with clients. Level 2 builds on the foundations of Level 1 and develops the assessment skills, applied frameworks, and professional competencies required for client-based practice.
