While it is essentially a Certified Yoga & Ayurveda Teacher Training, you will learn far beyond how to teach skilful yoga classes. We are thrilled to offer our cutting edge 300hr certified training in an impactful hybrid format: combining live online sessions and personal mentorship with the convenience of pre-recorded lectures and practices that you can complete from anywhere in the world. We’ve had incredible feedback from this version of the training and want to continue to offer a convenient yet structured and monitored program again this year.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The training is a powerful blend of live online sessions, pre-recorded practices & lecture, homework assignments, and reading. The curriculum consists of seven x 50hr modules that were recorded in HD from Live online trainings taught in 2022. Live sessions are also an important part of this training to enhance your practice and personalise the course, while honouring the lineage of direct student teacher transmission.
TRAINING STRUCTURE
This is a structured 300hr training. The first module begins on April 1st 2023 and you will have 1 month to complete each 5 day module in your own time. That’s approx. 1.25hrs a day (see schedule below).

Question:
Do I have to be a yoga teacher or already or have 200hr certification to take this training?
Not at all, the only pre-requisite is that you are interested in improving your life though these incredible sciences. If you are already Yoga Alliance certified at the 200hr level (RYT-200hr), this training will allow you to become certified as an RYT-500hr
Question:
Is this an advanced asana training?
No, it’s not an advanced asana course in terms of flexibility or acrobatics. It’s an advanced studies and self-development course covering in-depth Ayurvedic science and Tantric Hatha Yoga principles and practices. The practices are more advanced in terms of being effective using the science of these wisdom traditions and focusing on function over form in terms of the asanas.
Question:
What if I don’t want to be a teacher?
It’s certainly not necessary that you want to teach. This course puts great emphasis on becoming an embodied and integrated person and Yogi first and a teacher second. It’s highly geared towards self-development and empowerment which are the qualities that make the greatest most unique and effective teachers.
Question:
Is this training Yoga Alliance Certified?
Yes, Inner Revolution School is a Yoga Alliance Certified school and all programs are Certified. You will receive a 300hr Certificate upon completion of this program.

Cancellation/Refund Policy for the 300hr Hybrid 2023
• All Course Fees are to be paid in full before the start date of the Inner Revolution 300hr hybird Advanced Yoga Teacher Training, (1st April 2023)
unless you have chosen the payment plan option in which case your payments are expected to be made onetime to the plan agreed to upon signing up. Your payment plan must be completed in full and cannot be cancelled.
